When it comes to customer service, I promise I'm a snob but these 5 stars were earned. From point A to point B in starting a new policy and based on repeated high praise and recommendations from my sister-in-law who is also a customer, this staff is exceptional. Mrs Anna is nothing short of fantastic. Fantastic in her assistance, her attention to detail, her patience and her kindness. As a lifelong customer service specialist I can say this young lady was a breath of fresh air. To know that true customer service still exists and that my business still matters to some people, that's saying a lot in today's day. As if that in itself wasn't reason enough to switch, they go and top that by saving me a hefty chunk of change every month which is very difficult to do with a 19 yr old driver who just purchased his first vehicle. Obviously I recommend this agency.. If nothing else, do yourself a favor and see what they can do for you and your specific needs.
